I found the Richmond Hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms are clean and spacious, which was a definite plus, but the service leaves a lot to be desired and the location is quite inconvenient. I had a great overall experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was impressive.
